Review of Site Investigation and Design Review & Value Engineering Consultancy Work involving review of all geotechnical issues including ground improvements and other stabilization methods. Following review site investigation was repeated and design adjustments lead to large savings in construction cost budgets.

Investigate causes of distresses in number of housing units due to deep excavation near by. Study construction history, interviews and reinvestigate. Including liaison with various authorities. Report and formal presentation to all parties.
