NEW LOW COST TERMINAL AND ITS ASSOCIATED WORKS AT KUALA LUMPUR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, SEPANG, SELANGOR

New road network development for the new Low Cost Terminal together with  associated works at Kula Lumpur International Airport, Sepang.  Detailed design and construction of approximately 20Km of road including road network outside the airport area and part of road works inside the airport area. (Perimeter Road and Security Road with security fencing). Part of this road system comes under perview of Public Works Department (JKR).  The project is located on very soft peaty subsoils conditions which requires careful geotechnical site assessment  and design of ground treatment.   The road alignments consist of at grade and elevated roadways involving specialized and unusual designs and foundation solutions.

DETAILED DESIGN AND SUPERVISION FOR NEW EAST WEST HIGHWAY, PHASE 2 (PROJEK LEBUHRAYA PANTAI TIMUR FASA 2), (PACKAGE 5B CH60,000M (SERI BANDI) - CH 67,000M (KG. CHABANG), DAERAH KEMAMAN, TERENGGANU DARUL IMAN

Detailed design and construction of 7 Km new expressway (R6) two lanes dual carriageway along Lebuhraya Timur Fasa 2 (Package 5B CH60,000m (Seri Bandi) - CH67,000m  (Kg. Chabang) and 2 bridges over Sg. Air Jernih.
The project team was awarded Best Project Management award to this Project team.

JALAN PERSEKUTUAN 8 BENTONG-KUALA LIPIS, PAHANG

Detailed Engineering design for Package 1, 5 and 8 of Bentong Kuala Lipis New Road, upgrading and widening of existing road in hilly terrain.

CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN OF JALAN CROSS BAN 4/JALAN SG. PANJANG, SABAK BERNAM, SELANGOR
Jabatan Kerja Raya (Public Works Department) JKR
Preparation of technical and economical feasibility. Detailed design and construction of the 20KM new road embankment founded on very soft marine clay. Works involved careful geotechnical evaluation and  ground improvement using vertical drains. Constructioon required considerable care as road is located on and formen part of existing canal under perview of Drainage and Irrigation Department (JPS)
2001-2004

EAST COAST HIGHWAY (JALAN RAYA TIMUR-BARAT), FASA II, SEKSYEN BARAT, PAKEJ V, TITI KARANGAN-KUPANG, KEDAH

To provide mid construction designs and supervision of 32km highway with four number bridges from Titi Karangan to Kupang as part of the highway connecting Butterworth to Grik on the East-West Highway as part of East West Highway link.

IMPROVEMENT/UPGRADING FEDERAL ROUTE 3 AT LALUAN 3, KM97.4-108, JALAN KUALA TERENGGANU-KUANTAN, TERENGGANU
Jabatan Kerja Raya (Public Works Department) JKR
Design and construction for an improvement of the existing Federal Route 3 by providing for increased traffic capacity via pavement widening from 2 single lane carriageway to 2 lane dual carriageway, improving quality of traffic flow by signalized junction, U-turn treatments, removing minor junctions, widening on curves allowing for faster traffic flow and reduce delay. Design and construction of two bridges over river Paka and river Kerteh and the construction of 2 numbers of bridges.
